Eligibility & Account Requirements
Users must be at least 13 years old to use Virality Check. Account holders bear responsibility for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all associated activities under your account.
You agree to:

Payment & Billing
Subscriptions and credit purchases involve recurring or one-time charges. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
By providing payment information, you:
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- Agree to keep your payment information current
- Understand that prices are subject to change with notice
Prohibited Activities
Users cannot employ the platform for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes or attempt reverse-engineering. Content generation violating laws or infringing rights is forbidden.
You agree NOT to:

- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the service
- Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of submitted materials while granting the company a limited license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws
AI Content Liability
The platform acknowledges that AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and users assume full responsibility for verification and accuracy.
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
- We are not liable for any consequences of using AI-generated content
- You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions
Service Limitations
Virality Check provides the Service "as is" without guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the service at any time
- Limit access to certain features
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Change pricing and credit costs with notice
Limitation of Liability
The company's liability is limited to amounts paid within the prior 12 months, with exclusions for indirect or consequential damages.

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
