Credit Purchase Cancellation
Users may request refunds for credit purchases within specific timeframes. Your ability to use remaining credits will continue until a refund is processed.
When you request a refund:
- Your credits remain available during the review process
- Approved refunds result in credit removal from your account
- You'll receive notification of the refund decision via email
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within seven days of purchase if customers have used less than 50% of your credit allocation and haven't violated terms of service.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Request submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Less than 50% of purchased credits have been used
- No violations of our Terms of Service
- Account in good standing
Non-Refundable Situations
The policy excludes refunds for purchases beyond the week-long window, heavy usage exceeding half the quota, free tier access, and accounts suspended for violations.
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- More than 50% of credits have been consumed
- Free credits or promotional credits
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Requests made in bad faith or as part of abuse patterns
- Credits already used for AI post generation
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email info@viralitycheck.com with 'Refund Request' in the subject line.
Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or payment confirmation
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Amount of credits purchased
Our support team reviews requests within 2-3 business days and processes approved refunds to original payment methods within five to ten business days.
Credit Management
Customers can manage their credit usage through the dashboard at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon confirmation.
You can:
- View your current credit balance
- Track credit usage history
- Purchase additional credits as needed
- Monitor transactions and refund status
Technical Issues & Billing Errors
The company addresses service disruptions and billing mistakes through immediate support contact, offering full refunds if problems persist beyond seven days.
If you experience:
- Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
- Credits not added to your account after payment
- Service outages preventing credit usage
- Technical errors during post generation

Account Deletion
Permanent account deletion removes all data within thirty days without issuing refunds for remaining credits or billing periods.
Before deleting your account:
- Use or request refund for remaining credits
- Download any data you wish to keep
- Understand that deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Note that no refunds are issued after account deletion
Promotional Credits
Free credits provided as part of promotions, referrals, or sign-up bonuses are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Promotional credits:
- Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
- May have expiration dates
- Are subject to specific terms and conditions
- Are removed if account is found to violate terms
Changes to This Policy
